I. Feature:

Mold Carrier System

1 Different mold thickness can be automatically adjusted by hydraulic clamping system.

2 Three-position (0°90°180°) mold rotating system can provide many different production ways for you. It can be applied to produce one-clour soles, two-colour soles, and also  two-colour soles of three layers etc.

3 Precise and quick mold positioning provided by Unique rotating positioning mechanism.

4 Great functions of both upper ejecting and bottom ejecting, make soles much easier to be taken out and kept products in original shape.

5 Mold Sliding Fuction makes it easier for workers to pick products out and insert decorations parts into the molds.

6 Independent Cooling System for molds and products. So less time is required and higher productivity you will get.

7 Independent Blowing System for molds and mold plate makes it easier to separate the products and sprue leavings from the molds.

Feeding System

1 Providing Injection or Extrusion System options for your choice.

2 An Electric Motor is used to adjust the height of injection point, so more sizes of molds can be used in the machine.

3 Adjustment of injection point with horizontal leveling, no material piles at the channel of extruder, so the course of changing material is more material-saving and swift.

4 Barrel temperature accurately controlled by P.I.D. control system.

5 Each extruder has an independent nozzel. Different material flows without interfer, and colours not mingled. So the clours are clear and more favorable.

Electric Control System

1 With Self-diagnosis Analysis System. The current running status of the machine can be acknowlegded at any moment. As good as a weather forecast system to you.

2 With Working File Recording System. Processing parameters of different molds can be saved with individual files, and that can boost a higher productivity.
